Please read through this whole page before placing your custom wig design. All orders will be sold on the basis of agreement to these terms.

WHAT to expect from a custom wig design:
All wigs are styled by hand to your style and colour preferences. In all cases I will try and execute your desired results as closely to your brief as possible. However, I do request some flexibility on your overall finished result. Wig styling is a creative process and exact copies of previous designs are impossible, so a slight flexibility is appreciated. Your wig will in all cases (except when discussed previously) be a synthetic lace front design. I will try and colour match to your request where possible, however if certain colours are out of stock, I will work with the closest possible option. Your orders are super important to me and I will always do my upmost to achieve the best results for you.
How long does it take to get your wig:
Average custom wig designs will be ready for shipping around 6-7 weeks from the date you pay for your purchase. In all circumstances I will do my upmost to keep within this time frame, however on occasion there may be small delays in this schedule. If you have a specific date you require the wig by please inform me before placing your order.
How long does shipping take when the wig is shipped:
Below are the average timescales for shipping. Please note on occasion there will be delays with international shipments which I cannot be held responsible for and will be out of my control once wigs have been shipped:
UK - 1-2 Business Days
Europe - 1-3 Business Days
USA - 4 Business Days
Rest of the World - 5-7 Business Days
The vast majority of the wigs are shipped by courier service with UPS.
TAXES, IMPORT AND CUSTOMS FEES:
You as the purchaser will be liable to pay any taxes, import or customs fees. I am unable to provide any information prior to shipping or purchase as to how much or if any of these fees will apply to you. Fees and taxes vary from country to country and I am not informed as to how much may be due. With UPS these are often able to be paid upon delivery with the courier or by contacting your local UPS delivery office. You can look up the potential taxes/import fees via your local government website or shipping companies. Please note, in most countries, delivery will not be completed until fees are paid.
REFUND POLICY
Videos or photos of the completed design are sent to you prior to shipping. You must confirm you are happy with the design before shipping. As these are custom to order wigs, there are no refunds allowed once the wig is shipped. On the very rare occasion wigs become damaged during the shipping process I am happy to offer a restyling service, however the cost of both shipping to me and back out to you will be covered by the customer.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How long will the style last?
Synthetic wigs will stay curly until they are steamed or straightened over, however, the style itself can break up with wears so it’s impossible to give a direct answer to this question. Certain designs are more durable than others. If you have any questions about this please ask prior to ordering.
What size wigs do you sell?
My wigs come with an average cap size of 22.75 Inches (58cm) which would fit most head sizes. They also have adjustable straps inside to alter the size to fit. Please note if wigs do not fit once you have agreed to purchase this size of custom wig then the order is not valid for a refund.
